In 2010 map maker George Gingell and photographer Henrietta Williams set about walking, mapping and photographing the route of the so-called ‘Ring of Steel’. Christina Battle and Vicky Chainey Gagnon

Artist Christina Battle and curator Vicky Chainey Gagnon present “Filing Memory: An Exhibition Project Exploring Multi-Dimensional Memory and Surveillance,” a walk through of their recent collaborative project, in the panel 'Resistances to Surveillance' on Saturday, 1 October 2011, 9:00-10:45.

Christina Battle is an Artist and Assistant Professor in Film Studies at the University of Colorado, Boulder; Vicky Chainey Gagnon is Director and Curator at the Foreman Art Gallery, Bishop’s University, Sherbrooke, Quebec.
